Commissions will be used as a portfolio, but will never be marketed. There will always be a watermark indicating the commissions unless agreed otherwise.

Commissions CANNOT be marketed by the client UNLESS it's discussed beforehand. A commercial use tax will be charged.

Payments should always be made prior to the execution of the commission.

Payment is made through PayPal (an invoice link will be sent to the client). Any other method of payment should be discussed directly with me.

The default deadline for commissions is one week after payment for chibis(SD) and a month for more complex pieces.

The deadline may vary depending on the complexity of the piece or based on the demand, but this will be discussed beforehand with the client. In case of delay, the client will be notified.

I will contact you for feedback on the piece through three phases: sketch, line, and coloring. Please be available for checking since I will only proceed to the next step after the approval of the previous one.

Refunds will only be accepted before the approval of the sketch phase. After the approval of the sketch phase, the client is free to give up on the commission but there won't be any refunds.

After the approval of the sketch, the client can't change the base of the art piece anymore. This means no details can be added or removed of the base composition.

If any change is requested after the sketch phase, there will be extra charges.
